§ Definitions

Service – website available at the address: www.gamingfox.pl;

User – person visiting the Service;

Data Administrator – GamingFox Marketing Studio, zwany dalej “Administrator”

§ Data acquisition

The Administrator obtains personal data directly from Users when:

• they browse the Service;
• they interact with the Administrator using social media channels,
• they contact the Administrator via email, phone, the contact form on the Service, or through other currently available communication channels.

§ Purposes of processing

Personal data is processed by the Administrator for the purpose of:

• making content available to Users in the Service,
• ensuring connection security and optimizing the operation of the Service.

§ Data sharing

The Administrator may disclose personal data of Service Users to external entities when it is necessary for the functioning of the Service, e.g., to suppliers responsible for the maintenance of IT systems and hardware, and entities providing accounting services. The Administrator may disclose selected information concerning Users to relevant authorities or third parties who request such information, based on an appropriate legal basis and in accordance with the provisions of applicable law (e.g., the Police).

User data is not, by default, transferred outside the borders of the European Economic Area, nor is it transferred to international organizations. In the event of transferring data to recipients in third countries, the Administrator will use standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission, under which fundamental guarantees for the security of User data have been established.

§ Data processing and storage

The Administrator processes personal data in accordance with:

• Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: GDPR);
• the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws 2018 item 1000);
• the Privacy Policy and internal data protection procedures functioning at the Administrator. The Administrator does not undertake activities based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produce legal effects concerning the data subjects. The Administrator will retain the User's personal data only as long as necessary to achieve the purposes defined in this Privacy Policy.

§ Rights of the Users

Każdemu Użytkownikowi w stosunku do jego danych osobowych przysługuje szereg praw:

• the right to obtain information regarding the personal data processed by the Administrator, including a copy of this data;
• the right to request the rectification of personal data;
• the right to erasure of data, in cases specified by law;
• the right to restriction of processing of personal data or to object to their use, in cases specified by law;
• the right to data portability of personal data that falls within the scope of data portability;
• the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

§ Cookies

Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the User's device. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the storage time on the device, and a unique number.

Cookies are used to observe User behavior on the website, which makes it possible to simplify navigation on that site. They are also used to remember User preferences, which can be used when displaying appropriately tailored editorial content. This data is commonly used for the purpose of:

• the proper functioning, configuration, security, and reliability of the website,
• monitoring the session status,
• adapting the displayed information to the User's preferences,
• analyses, statistics, research, and auditing of website views.

The Service does not automatically collect any information, with the exception of information contained in cookies. The Service uses files that are essential for maintaining connection security and optimizing the operation of the website. They do not contain any personal data, and thus no cookies are used that would allow the identification of a specific person.

The entity sending cookies via the website to the User's device and gaining access to these files is the Administrator.

By using this Service, the User consents to the placement of cookies on their device for the purposes specified in this Policy.

The User of the Service may at any time change the settings regarding cookies if they do not agree to their use. To this end, they should change their browser settings to block the automatic handling of cookies, or to inform about their placement on the User's device each time. § Changes to the Privacy Policy

In order to ensure that the Service's Privacy Policy meets current legal requirements, the Administrator reserves the right to make changes to it at any time. The above also applies in cases where the Privacy Policy requires changes to cover new or modified products or services of the Service. In matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy, the relevant provisions of law shall apply accordingly.
